지역아동센터 종사자의 지역밀착형 사례관리 경험

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 종사자의 지역밀착형 사례관리 경험을 이해하고 지역아동센터 이용아동의 건강한 성장을 지원할 수 있는, 지역아동센터에 적합한 사례관리 실천방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 대전광역시 5개구 지역아동센터 종사자 10명을 대상으로 면접을 진행하여 자료를 수집하고, 질적 접근을 통하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 5개의 주제와 17개의 하위주제들이 나타났다. 주요 주제들은 ‘본래의 취지에서 멀어진 실천현장’, ‘미흡한 사례관리 지원체계’, ‘엉성한 네트워크, 지지부진한 네트워킹’, ‘보호해야 하는 아동권리의 침해’, ‘지역밀착형 사례관리를 향해 나아가기’ 등이었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 ‘거점지역아동센터를 중심으로 종사자간 소통의 장 활성화’, ‘지역네트워크를 활용한 슈퍼비전체계 마련’, ‘전문기관과의 사례관리 네트워킹과 역할분담을 통한 협력관계 맺기’, ‘아동권리를 증진하는 지역아동센터 사례관리 시스템 구축’을 지역밀착형 사례관리 실천방안으로 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study are to understand the community based case management experience of the social workers in the community child centers and to provide action plans for case management that can support children using the community child center to grow healthily and that are appropriate to the community child centers. To attain these purposes, interviews were conducted targeting 10 social workers in the community child centers located in 5 boroughs, Daejeon Metropolitan City, Korea, to collect data; the collected data were analyzed through the qualitative approach. The results of data analysis consisted of 5 themes and 17 sub-themes. The significant themes were ‘the practice field away from the original intent’, ‘the unsatisfactory case management support system’, ‘loose network, slow networking’, ‘the invasion of the children’s rights to be protected’and ‘the progress toward community based case management’. Based on these research results, action plans for the community based case management appropriate to the community child center were suggested ‘the activation of communication between social workers focused on the community child centers in the strongholds’, ‘the preparation of the supervision system using local network’, ‘building a partnership with professional organizations through case management networking and role allocation’and ‘establishing the case management system in the community child center to promote the rights of the children’.
