국문 초록

본 연구는 해결중심치료 이론을 배우고 처음으로 해결중심치료를 실제 상담에 적용한 초보 해결중심상담자가 경험하는 어려움을 해결하고 상담자의 전문적 역량 강화를 위한 슈퍼비전의 필요성과 초보 상담자의 발달단계에 맞추어 해결중심 슈퍼비전을 적용하여 슈퍼비전한 과정을 질적 사례연구로 분석하고 그 효과성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구를 위해 초보 해결중심상담자와 줌으로 2시간 동안 진행된, 2차 해결중심 슈퍼비전의 녹취록을 자료로 하여 요약과 대화체로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 초보 해결중심상담자는 두 차례의 해결중심 슈퍼비전을 통해 해결중심치료의 가정과 원리, 목표 설정과 질문 기법의 활용, 문제 중심에서 해결중심으로 전환하는 것, 한 발 뒤에서 이끌기 등에 대해 자세하게 알게 되고 초보 상담자의 불안과 혼란스러움에서 벗어나 자신감을 회복하게 되었다. 본 연구를 통해 해결중심치료가 내담자의 문제해결에 효과적인 것처럼 해결중심 슈퍼비전이 초보 해결중심상담자의 어려움을 해결하고 유능한 상담자로 성장하게 하는데 효과적인 방법임을 확인하게 되었다

영문 초록

This study aims to solve the difficulties experienced by novice solution-focused counselors who learned solution-focused therapy theory and applied solution-focused therapy to actual counseling for the first time, and to alleviate the difficulties novice counselors face in line with the need for supervision to strengthen counselors' professional capabilities according to the development stage of novice counselors. The purpose is to analyze the supervision process through a qualitative case study and verify its effectiveness. For the study, the transcript of the second solution-focused supervision, which was conducted over Zoom for 2 hours with a novice solution-focused counselor, was used as data and analyzed in summary and conversation form. As a result of the study, novice solution-focused counselors learned through two rounds of solution-focused supervision, in detail about the assumptions and principles of solution-focused therapy, goal setting and the use of questioning techniques, switching from problem-focused to solution-focused approach, and leading from one-step-behind technique and were thus able to break away from the anxiety and confusion of a novice counselor and regain confidence. Through this study, it was confirmed that just as solution-focused therapy is effective in solving clients' problems, solution-focused supervision is an effective method in resolving the difficulties of novice solution-focused counselors and helping them grow into competent counselors.
