교육현장의 아동학대 예방 및 대처 내실화를 위한 해결중심상담 적용 방안의 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 학대 피해아동의 보호와 안전을 위한 교육현장의 예방 및 대처 내실화 방안 마련을 위하여 교육현장과 유관기관의 유기적인 협력 방안 및 역할을 현장 인력을 통해 고찰하고, 그 결과에서 해결중심적인 개입방법이 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 유관기관 종사자 14명을 대상으로, 반구조화된 개방형 질문지를 기초로 일대 일 면담을 통해 내용을 수집하였다. 참여자와의 인터뷰 내용 등은 녹음하였고, 현장에서 노트로 기록하여 보조 자료로 활용하였으며, 녹음된 면담 결과는 전사하였다. 자료는 지속적 비교 분석 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 아동학대 예방 및 조기발견, 신고에 대한 역할 강화, 아동학대 단계별 교육현장(학교, 교사 등)의 인식과 역할 제고, 신고의무자로서의 교사와 학교의 역할 중요성, 신고의무자 보호방안 강화 필요, 진행단계별 학교와 유관기관의 유기적 협력 방안 마련, 아동학대 피해아동 중심 협력 및 맞춤형 통합지원 필요, 학습 및 교육 지원 관련 운영 활성화, 아동학대 예방교육 콘텐츠 다양화와 확대 필요, 보호자(학부모) 대상 아동학대 예방교육 진행 등 아동학대 예방 및 대처 내실화 방안이 도출되었다. 또한 이 결과를 토대로 아동학대 예방의 시점, 아동학대 발견 및 사안의 대처 과정, 그리고 사안이 종결되고 피해아동이 학교로 복귀하는 시점, 총 세 시점으로 나누어 해결중심적인 개입방법의 활용 방안에 대해 살펴보고 논의하였다. 또한 교육현장에서 아동들의 담임교사, 상담교사 등 관련 교사들이 징후 발견에서부터 신고, 사안처리와 종결과 사후관리에 이르기까지의 과정에서 아동들을 임파워링할 수 있는 해결중심적 대안과 대화법을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpos of this study was to explore the plans and roles for organic cooperation with related organizations in reinforcing the prevention and response to child abuse in educational settings, and to explore the application of Solution Focused Approach on them. Data was collected through man to man interview with open ended and semi structured questionnaires. Interviewees were 14 employees of related organizations. All the contents of interviews were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed by using the Constant Comparative Analysis method. The result revealed the following 10 categories.: ‘Prevention and early detection of child abuse’, ‘Strengthening of the role of reporting’, ‘Enhancement of awareness and role of educational sites in each stage of child abuse (schools, teachers)’, ‘Importance of the role of teachers and schools as mandatory reporters’, ‘Strengthening of protection measures for mandatory reporters’, ‘Establishment of a plan for organic cooperation between schools and related organizations according to the stage of progress’, ‘Cooperation and customized integrated support centered on victims of child abuse’, ‘Activation of operations related to learning and education support’, ‘Diversification and expansion of child abuse prevention education content’, and ‘Child abuse prevention education for guardians (parents)’. For application of Solution Focused Approach intervention, several suggestions were presented in three progress time points: prevention of child abuse, discovering child abuse and taking the case, and closing the case and the victim returning to school. In educational settings, teachers, including children’s homeroom teachers and counselors, can use th Solution Focused Qestions(e.g. Exception, Miracle, Scale etc.) in conversation with child and empowering them.
