중학교 기술교과에서 3D 프린팅을 활용한 기술적 문제해결 활동이 창조적 자신감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 중학교 기술교과의 제조기술 내용 영역에서 학습자에게 제시된 기술적 문제 상황을 해결하기 위해 3D 프린팅을 활용한 기술적 문제해결 활동을 개발하여 적용하고 그 결과 학습자의 창조적 자신감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 중학교 기술교과의 제조기술 내용 영역에서 적용할 수 있는 프로그램을 ADDIE 모형을 활용하여 개발하였다. 16차시로 구성된 기술적 문제해결 활동을 통제된 교육 환경에서 실험집단에게 적용하였으며, 통제 집단은 기존의 제조기술 문제해결 수업을 진행하였다. 이러한 실험 처치 결과 학습자에게 내재된 창조적 자신감과 5개의 하위요소(공감하기, 문제 정의하기, 아이디어 내기, 시제품 제작하기, 테스트하기)에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험 집단과 비교 집단의 창조적 자신감과 5가지의 하위요인에 대한 사전, 사후 검사 결과를 바탕으로 대응표본 t-검증한 결과, 실험 집단의 창조적 자신감과 5가지의 하위요인 모두 사전 검사의 평균값에 대한 사후 검사의 평균값이 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 반면, 비교 집단은 창조적 자신감의 하위요인 중 아이디어 영역과 시제품 제작 영역에서만 사전 검사의 평균값에 대한 사후 검사의 평균값이 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 실험 집단과 비교 집단 간 창조적 자신감과 5가지의 하위요인의 사후 검사 결과를 공분산분석 한 결과, 창조적 자신감 전체 영역과 공감 영역, 문제정의 영역, 테스트 영역에서 사전 검사의 영향을 제거한 사후 검사 평균값에 대해 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인하였으며, 효과의 크기는 보통으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop technological problem-solving activities using 3D printing to solve ill-structured technological problem situations presented to learners in the area of manufacturing technology content of middle school technology subject, and to apply them to actual technology classes, to provide learning experiences on digital manufacturing technologies that can be designed through 3D modeling, and output them to 3D printers to understand the effect of learners creative confidence. To achieve the purpose of this study, first, the Technological problem-solving activities covered in the manufacturing technology section of the 2015 revised curriculum were analyzed, and technological problem-solving activities using 3D printing consisting of 16 times using the ADDIE model were developed. In addition, technological problem solving activities using 3D printing were applied to the technology class in the manufacturing technology content area of the middle school technology subject, and the effects on the learner s creative confidence and its five sub-factors were verified compared with the existing manufacturing technology problem solving class. The results of this study are as follows: First, in order to verify the effects of the creative confidence and its five sub-factors, the results of the pre- and post- examination of the Paired sample t-test showed that the average value of the post-test for the mean value of the pre-examination was significantly different for both the creative confidence and its five sub-factors of the experimental group. On the other hand, the comparison group identified significant differences in the average value of the post-test for the average value of the pre-test only in the area of idea and prototype production, and there were no significant differences in the whole area of creative confidence, empathy, problem definition, or test area. Second, the results of the post-examination were analyzed for co-variance to compare the magnitude of the effects of the technology subject interests and its four sub-factors between the experimental group and the comparative group, and the results of the post-examination were found to have significant differences in the average values of the post- inspection that eliminated the effects of the pre-examination among the creative confidence and its sub-factors, problem-defined areas, and the test areas, and the magnitude of the effect was found to be moderate.
