국문 초록

본 사례연구는 대인관계가 어려운 중년 여성의 남성성을 의식화 해 나가는 사례로 총 29회기의 모래놀이치료 를 실시하였다. 내담자는 자신의 의견을 한 번도 개진한 적이 없이 모(母)에게 사로잡혀 세상이 주는 온갖 상처 를 몸으로 억압시키면서 어른이 되어서도 자신의 길을 가지 못하고 의존적인 태도 로 불안과 두려움으로 피해방상을 보이며 회피하는 삶을 살아왔다. 29회기의 모래상자에서 제 1 단계는 모성과의 분리 (1 회기 - 13 회기)， 제 2 단계는 아니무스의 의식화(14회기 - 20회기), 제 3단계는 통합의 단계 (21 회기 - 29회기)로 분석되었다. 내담자는 무의식에 억압시킨 많은 이야기 를 언어화하면서 자기속에 갇혀 있었던 내면의 모습을 통찰하고 모래상자의 표현과 함께 의식화 해 나가는 내적인 잠재성을 보였댜 본 연구는 모래 놀 이치료가 대인관계가 어려운 중년 여성이 모(母)와 애착의 문제, 심리적 외상 (trauma), 불안요인 등을 해결하며 모( 母)와 분리 를 경험하고 아니무스를 의식화하여 전체적인 통합의 단계 를 경험하는 개성화 과정으 로 효과적임을 시사 하는 것이다

영문 초록

This case study was conducted on a middle- aged woman who had difficulties with interpersonal relationships in relation to the conscientization process of the masculinity, and the sandplay therapy was performed over a total of 29 sessions. The client never expressed her opinion, in the grip of her mother, and physically suppressed all emotional wounds she received from the world. Even after coming of age, she could not go her way but rather developed a dependent behavior. She lived a life of avoidance, while exhibiting paranoia resulting from anxiety and fear. Her sand tray scenes created during the 29 sessions were analyzed into three stages: (1) separation from maternity (Sessions 1- 13), (2) conscientization of the animus (Sessions 14- 20), and (3) unity (Sessions 21 - 29). The client verbalized the things suppressed in the unconsciousness to gain an insight into her inner world that had been confined by the self. She also manifested her inner potential of conscientization through sand- tray representations. This study suggests that the sandplay therapy was effective in helping with the individuation process of a middle- aged woman who had difficulties with interpersonal relationships. In the individuation process, she experienced the separation from maternity, conscientized the animus and experienced the overall unity stage, while solving the attachment problem with her mother, psychological trauma and anxiety factors.
