부자가정 아동의 문제행동 수정을 위한 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 미술치료가 부자가정 아동의 문제행동(위축, 불안/우울, 사회적 미성숙, 주의집중)에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 연구대상은 경북 Y시에 소재한 OO지역아동센터의 공부방에 다니는 초등학교 5학년의 12세 여아로서 위축, 우울/불안, 또래관계 부적응 등의 문제행동을 보이고 있는 부자가정 아동이다. 미술치료는 주 2회 50분씩 총 20회기를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 미술치료 프로그램 효과를 알아보기 위해서 아동․청소년 행동평가척도(K-CBCL), 동적 집-나무-사람 그림검사(Kinetic-House-Tree- Person), 그리고 행동관찰에 대한 변화를 사전․사후로 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에서의 결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 질문지 검사 실시 결과 위축, 우울/불안, 사회적 미성숙, 주의집중 문제가 감소되었다. 둘째, 동적 집-나무-사람 그림검사(K-HTP)에 의한 변화 양상을 살펴본 결과 사후그림에서는 사전그림보다 문제행동을 나타내는 표현에 긍정적인 변화가 있었다. 셋째, 행동관찰에 대한 변화양상을 살펴본 결과, 초기에는 위축되고 수동적으로 수업에 참여하였으나 후기에는 적극적이고 능동적으로 수업에 참여하는 등 문제행동에 긍정적인 변화가 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to see how an art therapy program can have influence on problem behavior―shriveling, anxiety/stress, social immaturity, lack of attention―of the children from single-father, families. The study subject is a 12 year old 'single-father-family' girl in her 5th grade, attending OO Center for Children in Y city, who has shown problem behavior with shriveling, anxiety/stress, and peer-group stress. Research tools adopted for the study are K-CBCL, K-HTP, and comparison between a pre-test and a post-test for behavioral as well as linguistic characteristics based on direct observation on her behavior. The results are as follows. First, according to the questionnaire of K-CBCL, art therapy turns out to be effective in helping her reduce the problem behavior of shriveling, anxiety/stress, social immaturity, and lack of attention. Second, according to K-HTP drawing, the expressions related to the child's problem behavior have changed positively in the post-test. Third, according to direct observation on the child's behavioral changes, the child early in the therapy program displayed characteristics of shriven and anxious behavior with passive participation in class, but later in the program she exhibited active and positive participation inducing positive changes in her previous problem behavior.
