국문 초록

본 연구는 변혁적 리더십이 공무원의 직무만족과 업무성과에 미치는 영향 을 실증 분석하고, 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 2023년 공직생활실태 조사 자료를 바탕으로 구조방정식모형을 활용한 결과, 변혁적 리더십은 직무 만족과 업무성과에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 직무만족은 양자 간 관계를 유의 하게 매개하였다. 특히 변혁적 리더십의 간접효과가 직접효과보다 크게 나타 났다는 점에서 직무만족의 매개효과가 핵심적임을 확인하였다. 이는 공공부 문 성과 제고를 위해 리더십 역량 강화와 직무만족 관리의 통합적 접근이 중 요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study empirically analyzed the impact of transformational leadership on public officials’ job satisfaction and job performance, and verified the mediating effect of job satisfaction. Based on data from the 2023 Public Service Life Survey, structural equation modeling was employed. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive effect on both job satisfaction and job performance, and that job satisfaction significantly mediated the relationship between the two. In particular, the indirect effect of transformational leadership was greater than its direct effect, confirming that the mediating role of job satisfaction is crucial. These findings suggest that an integrated approach that strengthens leadership capabilities and manages job satisfaction is essential for enhancing performance in the public sector.
