공항 특수경비원들의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 이직의사에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구는 공항 특수경비원들의 직무스트레스와 직무만족, 이직의사에 대한 차이를 조사 분석하고, 직무스트레스가 직무만족과 이직의사에 미치는 영향과 직무만족이 이직의사에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국 9개 공항(김포국제공항, 양양국제공항, 광주국제공항, 포항공항, 울산공항, 여수공항, 목포공항, 사천공항)에서 특수경비 및 보안검색 업무를 담당하는 특수경비원들을 대상으로 조사, 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 직무스트레스는 공항유형 및 공항 환경특성에 따라 모두 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났는데(p >.05), 국내선 공항, 적자 공항에서 근무하는 특수경비원들이 모든 요인이 다소 높았다. 직무만족은 공항유형의 경우, 직무만족 및 하위요인인 동료만족과 업무수행만족에서 국내선공항에서 근무하는 특수경비원들이, 공항 환경특성은 직무만족 및 하위요인인 동료만족에서 적자공항에서 근무하는 특수경비원들이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이직의사는 공항유형의 경우, 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나(p >.05), 국내선 공항에서 근무하는 특수경비원들이 다소 높았고, 공항 환경특성에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났는데(p <.05), 적자공항에서 근무하는 특수경비원들이 이직의사가 높았다. 둘째, 공항유형 및 공항환경특성요인 모두 직무스트레스는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 공항유형은 국내국제선공항 특수경비원들이, 공항환경특성에서는 흑자공항 특수경비원들의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공항유형 및 공항환경특성 모두 직무스트레스는 이직의사에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 공항유형 및 공항환경특성요인 모두 직무만족은 이직의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 공항유형은 국내국제선공항 특수경비원들이, 공항환경특성에서는 적자공항 특수경비원들의 직무만족이 이직의사에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to investigate the effect of special airport guards' job stress on their job satisfaction and intention to change job. For this purpose, it conducted the questionnaire research for the special guards engaged in the jobs of special guard and security and search at nine airports(Kimpo International Airport, Yangyang International Airport, Kwangju International Airport, Pohang Airport, Ulsan Airport, Yeosu Airport, Mokpo Airport and Sacheon Airport). An attempt was made to investigate and analyze the difference in job stress and sociodemographical variables according to types of airport and environmental characteristics. As a result, the following conclusion could be drawn:First, it was found that there was no significant difference in job stress according to types of airport and environmental characteristics(p >.05). an investigation into the difference in job satisfaction according to the types of airport and environmental characteristics showed that there was a significant difference in each sub-factor of job satisfaction between employees in the airport for domestic air service and the airport for international air service, between employees in the black-ink airport and the red-ink airport(p<.05). an investigation into the difference in the type of airport and the intention to change the job showed that there was no significant difference in them between employees in the airport for domesticinternational air service and the airport for domestic air service. On the other hand, it was found that there was no statistically significant difference in them between employees in the red-in airport and the black-ink airport(p<.05). Second, it was found that job stress of the employees in the airport for domesticinternational air service and the black-ink airport had the higher effect on their job satisfaction than that of employees in the airport for domestic air service and the red-ink airport. Third, an investigation into the effect of job stress on the intention to change the job according to the type of airport and environmental characteristics showed that there was no significant difference(p >.05). Forth, it was found that the job satisfaction had a higher effect on the intention to change the job in the special guards in the airport for domesticinternational air service and the red-ink airport than that it was in the special guards in the airport for domestic air service and the black-ink airport.
