기계경비원의 신임교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 기계경비원의 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 신임교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였으며, 독립변인으로서 신임교육의 하위요소에는 교육참여전 자세 및 각오, 교육내용 만족도, 교육과 실무적용정도를 포함한다. 요컨대 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 신임교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 보면 아래와 같다. 첫째, 사회 인구학적 특성에 따른 교육 참여 전 자세 및 각오, 교육내용 만족도, 직무만족에 대한 평균차이검증결과, 고용형태에 따라 교육환경 및 내용만족도, 교육내용과 실무만족에서 정규직보다 계약직이 더 높으며 통계적으로 유의미한 평균차이를 나타났다. 둘째, 교육 참여 전 자세 및 각오, 교육환경 및 내용만족도, 교육내용과 실무만족도, 직무만족 사이의 상관관계분석결과, 교육참여 전 자세 및 각오가 높은 기계경비원, 교육환경 및 내용 만족도가 높은 기계경비원, 교육내용과 실무만족도가 높은 기계경비원일수록 직무만족이 높으며 통계적으로 유의미한 정의 연관관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육의 참여전 자세 및 각오가 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 강한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 기계 경비원에 있어서 학습기대가 높은 기계경비원과 자기 효능감이 높은 기계경비원일 수록 직무에 대한 만족도가 높아지는 경향을 나타내고 있다. 넷째, 교육내용과 실무적용 정도가 높은 기계경비원은 직무만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 인과적 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 기계경비원에 있어서 교육 받은 내용을 현업에서 적절히 적용할 수 있도록 상사와 동료의 지원과 지속적인 학습문화가 형성된 조직풍토에서 근무하는 기계경비원일수록 직무에 대한 만족도가 높아지는 경향을 나타내고 있다.

영문 초록

This research is to examine the effect of training program for newly appointed electronic security guards on job satisfaction. As a independent variable, the lower factors of that include an attitude, satisfaction and application. Consequently the effect of education program for newly-appointed electronic security guards on job satisfaction is as follows. Firstly, regular permanent workers showed higher results than contract workers in attitudes and determination before participating education satisfaction of educational contents, results of examining mean differences on job satisfaction, satisfaction of educational environment and contents according to type of occupation, satisfaction of educational contents and practical businesses, depending on their social and demographic characteristics, with statistically significant mean differences. Secondly, as a result of analyzing correlation between attitudes and determination before participating the education, satisfaction of educational environment and contents, satisfaction of educational contents and practical business and job satisfaction, machinery guards with high attitude and determination before participating education, with high satisfaction of educational environment and contents, and with high satisfaction of educational contents and practical business have higher job satisfaction and showed statistically significant positive correlation. Thirdly, attitudes and determination before participating education had statistically significant positive effects on job satisfaction. In other words, for machinery guards, those with higher learning expectation and self-efficiency tended to show higher job satisfaction. Fourthly, machinery guard with high level of educational contents and application to practical businesses had statistically significant positive effect on job satisfaction. In other words, machinery guards who work in a culture that managers and colleagues support and consistently learn so that they can put their learning into practice tended to have higher job satisfaction.
