국문 초록

Objective: This study aimed to identify and prioritize policy tasks to respond to changes in the field of occupational therapy following the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: The study utilized focus group interviews (FGI) and Delphi surveys. For the FGI, five experts were selected through purposive sampling by the researchers. The Delphi panel, conducted after the FGI, consisted of 30 experts with over 10 years of clinical and educational experience and who had held executive positions in occupational therapy-related organizations. The first round of the Delphi survey included a closed-ended questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale and open-ended questions. Based on the results of the first Delphi round, items with a content validity value of 0.33 or lower were removed in the second round, which was then conducted again. After the second Delphi survey, the final policy tasks were derived. Results: The FGI identified four major policy areas: the employment of occupational therapists, education and training, AI-based rehabilitation, and community-based roles. Initially, 16 policy tasks were found. After revisions based on expert feedback, 12 final tasks were confirmed. Conclusion: The identified policy tasks are critical for sustainable development of occupational therapy post-COVID-19, focusing on expertise, education, AI, and community roles.
