국문 초록

The rural revitalization strategy is one of the key strategic plans in China. Talent revitalization is an important part of rural revitalization. College graduates become an important force in promoting rural revitalization. In the context of rural revitalization, returning hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship among college students is conducive to realizing their personal growth and development vision, optimizing the allocation of rural talent resources, promoting the development of rural economic construction, and enhancing the level of rural cultural construction. However, there are still practical problems such as insufficient entrepreneurial willingness and skills, imperfect resource conditions, inadequate policy implementation, and an incomplete support system. Research has found that efforts should be made from four aspects: enhancing education investment, improving resource supply, strengthening policy implementation, and strengthening support systems.

영문 초록

乡村振兴战略是国家重点战略规划之一。人才振兴作为乡村振兴的重要一环，高校毕业生成为推动乡村全面振兴的重要力量。乡村振兴背景下，大学生返乡就业创业有利于实现个人成长发展愿景、优化乡村人才资源配置、促进乡村经济建设发展，以及提升乡村文化建设水平。然而，目前仍然面临大学生返乡就业创业意愿与技能不足、资源条件不完善、政策落实不到位、支持体系不健全等现实问题。研究发现，应该从增强教育投入、提升资源保障、加强政策落实、强化支持体系四个方面落实大学生返乡就业创业的实践路径。
