국문 초록

역사적으로 러시아는 넓은 영토, 다국적 인구 등의 요인을 통해 발전해 왔다. 이러한 맥락에서 국가 내 거주민의 이주 과정, 새로운 영토에서의 적응에 관한 연구는 큰 중요성을 지닌다. 본 논문은 러시아 남부에 거주하는 러시아고려인(고려사람)의 경제적, 사회문화적 적응 과정을 연구한 성과다. 최초의 한인 이민자 그룹은 농업 현대화를 위한 국가 프로그램의 하나로 이곳에 이주했으며, 그들이 맡은 중요한 과제 중 하나는 이 지역의 새로운 농작물인 쌀을 재배하는 것이었습니다. 이후 이 지역에서 이루어진 고려인의 이주는 소비에트 연방 내에서 일어나는 정치적 과정, 그리고 유리한 기후 조건을 갖춘 남부 지역에 정착하려는 고려인의 열망과도 관련되었다. 본 논문의 저자는 이를 연구하기 위해 러시아 연방 중앙 및 지역 기록 보관소의 다양한 문서, 통계 데이터, 사회학 연구 자료를 활용했다. 그 결과, 고려인 지역 정착의 여러 단계와 그에 따른 적응 모델을 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러 민족적 정체성을 유지하면서 새로운 자연·생태적, 사회문화적, 경제적 공간에 깊이 침투하는 고려인의 적응 모델이 도출된다. 이처럼 고려인들은 지역사회의 유기적인 일원이 됨과 동시에 민족의 포괄적인 발전을 보장할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Large territories, multinational population, these and other factors have determined the development of Russia throughout its history. In this context, the study of migration processes of the country's peoples, their adaptation in new territories is of particular relevance. The article examines the practices of economic and socio-cultural adaptation of Russian Koreans (Koryo saram) in the South of Russia. The first groups of Korean immigrants arrived here as part of the state program for the modernization of agriculture, an integral part of which was the development of a new agricultural crop for the region - rice. The subsequent migration of Koreans to the region was associated with both the political processes taking place in the country and the desire of Koreans to settle in the southern region with favorable climatic conditions. The author used a wide range of documents from the central and regional archives of the Russian Federation, statistical data, and sociological research materials. The study allowed us to identify several stages of the resettlement of Koreans to the region and the corresponding adaptation models. It is concluded that Russian Koreans (Koryo saram) throughout the historical period used an adaptation model that combined deep integration into the new natural-ecological, socio-cultural and economic space, while maintaining their ethnic identity. This allowed them to become an organic part of the regional society and at the same time ensure the comprehensive development of the Korean ethnic group.
