국문 초록

루마니아에서 공산주의 정권의 몰락은 1989년 12월 유혈 혁명을 통해 일어났으며, 이는 여전히 논쟁과 여러 해석을 불러일으키고 있다. 확실한 것은 민간인의 봉기가 공산주의 정권의 붕괴와 민주주의 확립에 중요한 요인으로 작용했다는 점이다. 더 이상 자신을 찾지 못하는 정권을 바꾸고 특히 새로운 정치 지도부에 참여하고자 하는 국민들의 열망은 혁명 후 단 3개월 만에 70개 이상의 정당과 정치 단체가 등장한 것에도 반영되었다. 1990년 5월 혁명 이후 첫 번째 대통령 선거와 국회의원 선거가 수많은 정치적, 사회적 긴장으로 점철된 이유도 바로 여기에 있다. 이 논문에서는 1989년 12월 직후부터 1990년 5월 선거까지 루마니아의 정치 현장을 탐구하여 루마니아의 정치 생활을 재편하는 데 있어 지식인의 역할이 무엇인지 살펴보고자 한다. 정치 구조와 권위에 대한 문제가 사회의 모든 에너지를 바탕으로 한 주요 시급성으로 보였기 때문에 통치 엘리트와 비통치 엘리트 간의 역학 관계가 특히 중요했다. 이러한 역학 관계를 탐구하기 위해 다음 혁명 시기의 정치 권력과 지적 영향력 사이의 새로운 관계를 정의하는 데 있어 중요한 순간에 대한 분석을 집중할 것이다.

영문 초록

Czech prepositions are very difficult for foreigners. The factors causing this The fall of communism regime in Romania took place in December 1989, through a bloody revolution, episode which still raises debates and multiple interpretations. What is certain is that the uprising of the civilian population represented a key factor in the collapse of the communist regime and the establishment of democracy. The desire of the population to change a regime in which they no longer found themselves and especially to participate on the new political leadership was also reflected in the emergence of more than 70 political parties and political formations in only three months after the revolution. That is why the first presidential and parliamentary elections after the revolution, in May 1990, were marked by numerous political and social tensions. In this article, we aim to explore the political scene of Romania right after December 1989 and until the elections of May 1990, in order to see what was the role of intellectuals in the reshaping the political life of Romania. Since the question of political structures and authority seemed to be the primary urgency, drawing upon the full energy of society, the dynamic between the governing and non-governing elites was particularly significant. To explore this dynamic, we will focus our analysis on key moments in defining the new relationship between political power and intellectual influence in the period following the revolution.
