교육실습 일지 분석을 통한 예비 심리운동사의 수업 경험 연구 - 심리운동 이해, 수업 상황 인식 및 피드백을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 2~3개월간 이루어진 교육실습 과정에서 예비 심리운동사들이 작성한 교육실습 일지와 수퍼바이저의 피드백 자료를 기반으로 예비 심리운동사들이 심리운동을 어떻게 이해하고, 수업 상황을 인식하는지, 그리고 피드백을 통해 자신을 어떻게 평가하는지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 예비 심리운동사들은 실습을 통해 심리운동이 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 발달을 통합적으로 지원하는 접근법임을 인식하였고, 심리운동 활동이 단순한 기술 전수가 아니라 상호작용과 구조화된 과정을 통한 발달 촉진임을 깨닫는 것으로 나타났으며 또한 반복적인 수업 관찰과 실습, 수퍼바이저의 피드백을 바탕으로 자신을 평가하고 성장하며, 심리운동사로서의 전문성을 향상시킨 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 예비 심리운동사들의 교육실습 경험이 이론적 지식을 실제 수업에 적용하고, 자기 성찰과 피드백을 통해 전문성을 형성하는 중요한 과정임을 실증적으로 밝혀냈다. 이를 바탕으로 체계적이고 단계적인 교육실습 프로그램 설계, 예기치 않은 상황에 대한 대처 훈련, 구체적인 피드백 기준 제공, 멘토링 시스템 도입 등을 제언하였으며, 이러한 제언이 향후 체계적이고 전문적인 실습 경험을 구축하는 데 기초가 될 수 있는 중요한 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the teaching practicum journals written by psychomotorik-trainees and the feedback materials from their supervisors, based on a 2-3 month long teaching practicum. The aim was to investigate how the trainees understand Psychomotorik, how they perceive classroom situations, and how they evaluate themselves through feedback. The findings indicated that through the practicum, the trainees came to recognize Psychomotorik as an approach that comprehensively supports physical, psychological, and social development. They also realized that Psychomotorik activities are not simply about skill transmission, but about promoting development through interaction and structured processes. Furthermore, based on repeated classroom observations, practical exercises, and supervisor feedback, the trainees evaluated themselves, grew, and enhanced their professionalism as psychomotorik-trainees. This study empirically demonstrated that the teaching practicum experience of psychomotorik-trainees is a crucial process in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world classes and in forming professionalism through self-reflection and feedback. Based on these findings, the study suggests the development of a systematic and progressive practicum program, training for handling unforeseen situations, the provision of specific feedback criteria, and the implementation of a mentoring system. These suggestions are expected to serve as valuable resources for establishing a systematic and professional practicum experience in the future.
