체계적 문헌 고찰을 활용한 네트워크 역량에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 체계적 문헌 고찰을 활용한 네트워크 역량 관련 국내 연구동향을 파악하고 후속 연구 방향을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ‘네트워크 역량’을 키워드로 문헌을 수집하였으며, 체계적 문헌 고찰 방법에 따라 25편의 문헌을 최종적으로 선정하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 네트워크 역량 관련 문헌의 연도별 분석 결과, 연구는 2007년부터 연구에 대한 관심도가 지속적으로 높아져 왔음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 연구 방법은 양적 연구 88%, 질적 연구 12%로, 양적 연구 비중이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 연구 수준은 조직 수준이 44%, 다수준 40%, 개인 수준이 16%로 나타났다. 연구 대상은 민간 부문이 76%, 공공부문이 20%로 민간 부문에 높은 비중으로 나타났다. 셋째, 활용된 조사 도구는 국내·외 연구자 문항 혼합하여 수정 활용한 연구가 60%, 외국 연구자 개발 문항 활용이 44%, 국내 연구자 개발 문항 활용 또는 연구자가 개발한 문항이 28% 순으로 나타났다. 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인 수준에서 조직 구성원의 네트워크 역량에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 진행될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 질적연구 활용과 국내에 맞는 조사도구를 활용하는 등 연구 방법을 다양화할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 사업 성과와 연계하여 네트워크 역량 강화 방안에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 네트워크 역량 관련 연구 동향 분석을 통해, 후속 연구 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify domestic research trends related to network competency using systematic literature review and derive follow-up research directions. To this end, literature was collected using 'network capability' as the keyword, and 25 documents were finally selected according to the systematic literature review. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of annual analysis of the literature related to network competency, it can be seen that interest in research has been continuously increasing since 2007. Second, as for the research method, it is a high proportion of quantitative research and organizational level, subjects of the study were more highly in the private sector than public sector. Third, as for the research tool used, the researchers used a mixture of domestic and foreign researchers' questions and used foreign researchers' development questions. The implications are as follows. First, it is necessary to continuously conduct research on the network capabilities of organizational members at the individual level. Second, it is necessary to diversify research methods, such as using qualitative research and using research tools suitable for Domestic situation. Third, it is necessary to continuously conduct research on ways to strengthen network capabilities in connection with business performance. This study is significant in that it suggested follow-up research directions through analysis of research trends related to network capabilities.
