간호대학생의 취업준비 활동을 위한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 취업준비 활동 교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 간호대학생이 인식하는 취업준비 활동의 중요도와 수행도의 차이를 확인하고, 취업준비 교육요구도를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 경기권과 전북권에 위치한 2개 대학교의 3, 4학년 간호대학생이다. 자료 수집은 2025년 2월 24일부터 3월 7일까지 구조화된 자기 보고형 설문지를 사용하여 진행되었으며, 최종 183명의 자료가 분석되었다. 분석은 SPSS/WIN 26.0을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, 대응표본 t검정, IPA 분석, Borich의 교육요구도 분석, The Locus for Focus Model 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 취업준비 활동 교육 요구도에서 최우선 항목은‘대인관계 역량 강화 활동’과‘취업동아리 활동’으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 우선순위에 해당하는 항목을 참고하여 간호대학생을 위한 맞춤형 취업준비 활동 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용한다면, 간호대학생의 취업준비 활동을 보다 효율적으로 지원하고, 학생들의 취업 불안감을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to develop an employment preparation activity education program for nursing students by identifying the differences between the importance and performance of employment preparation activities as perceived by nursing students, and by analyzing educational needs using various methods. The subjects of the study were third and fourth-year nursing students enrolled in two universities located in the Gyeonggi and Jeonbuk regions. Data collection was conducted using a structured self-report questionnaire from February 24 to March 7, 2025, and a total of 183 responses were analyzed. The analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 26.0, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, paired t-test, IPA analysis, Borich's educational needs analysis, and The Locus for Focus Model analysis. The results indicated that the top priority items for the educational needs of nursing students regarding employment preparation activities were “interpersonal skills enhancement activities” and “employment club activities.” Based on these findings, it is expected that developing and applying a tailored employment preparation activity education program for nursing students, referencing the prioritized items, will enable more efficient employment preparation activities and reduce students' employment anxiety.
