국문 초록

본 연구는 K-POP 아이돌 연습생을 위한 맞춤형 한국어 교육의 필요성을 분석하고, 효과적인 교육 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연습생과 트레이너를 대상으로 한 설문조사 및 심층 인터뷰 결과, 연습생들은 트레이닝 과정에서 실질적으로 활용할 수 있는 표현과 필수 어휘를 학습하는 것이 중요하며, 정규 수업보다는 온라인 강좌와 같은 자율 학습 방식을 선호하며 단기과정의 프로그램을 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 트레이너 인터뷰에서는 연습생들의 한국어 이해도가 낮을 경우 훈련의 질과 효율성이 저하되며, 보컬 트레이닝에서는 발음 교정과 곡 해석을 위한 언어적 이해가, 댄스 트레이닝에서는 의성어·의태어 및 신체 동작 설명 표현이 필수적이라는 점이 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 훈련 과정과 연계된 실용적인 학습 내용 구성, 학습 부담을 줄이면서 지속적인 학습이 가능한 온라인 강좌 및 자율 학습 방식 도입, 발음과 의성어·의태어 등 특수한 언어적 요소를 반영한 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제안한다. 향후 연구에서는 실제 연습생을 대상으로 한 실험적 연구 및 트레이너를 위한 한국어 교육 자료 개발이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the necessity of customized Korean language education for KPOP idol trainees and explore effective educational approaches. Based on surveys and in-depth interviews conducted with trainees and trainers, the results indicate that trainees consider learning essential vocabulary and expressions that are practically useful in their training process to be of high importance. Additionally, they prefer self-directed learning methods, such as online courses, over regular classes and express a strong preference for short-term programs. Interviews with trainers revealed that insufficient Korean language comprehension among trainees negatively impacts the quality and efficiency of training. In vocal training, pronunciation correction and linguistic understanding for song interpretation are crucial, while in dance training, the use of onomatopoeia, mimetic words, and expressions for describing body movements plays an essential role. Based on these findings, this study suggests the necessity of structuring practical learning content linked to the training process, introducing online courses and self-directed learning methods to reduce learning burdens while ensuring continuous learning, and developing programs that incorporate specialized linguistic elements such as pronunciation and onomatopoeic and mimetic words. Future research should focus on conducting experimental studies with actual trainees and developing Korean language education materials for trainers.
