국문 초록

본 연구는 중국 대학생들의 능동적 성격, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로탐색 수준이 각각 어떠한지, 능동적 성격과 진로결정자기효능감이 진로탐색에 어떠한 영향을 주며 그 과정에서 진로결정자기효능감이 매개 역할을 하는지를 확인하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 표본은 중국 하남성 4개 대학 남녀학생 295명이며, 2024년 4월26일과 5월 6일 사이에 조사를 하였다. 수집한 데이터로 구조방정식모형 분석을 하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 능동적 성격, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로탐색은 5점 만점에 각각 평균 3.37점, 3.27점, 3.28점으로서 좀 더 높일 필요가 있다. 둘째, 학년을 통제한 상태에서 능동적 성격은 진로결정자기효능감과 진로탐색에 각각 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로탐색에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 능동적 성격이 진로탐색에 미치는 영향보다 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향이 더 컸다. 다섯째, 능동적 성격이 진로탐색에 영향을 미칠 때 진로결정자기효능감이 정적 매개 역할을 하였다. 여섯째, 능동적 성격과 진로결정자기효능감의 두 변인은 학년의 영향을 통제한 상태에서 진로탐색을 약 38.4% 설명해주었다. 능동적 성격과 진로결정자기효능감은 대학생의 진로탐색에 미치는 영향을 주는 주요 변인이고, 이 두 변인이 어울려 작용할 때 그 영향이 더 커진다는 점에서 능동성이라는 성격 요인과 진로결정자기효능감이라는 능력감 요인 모두가 중요하다는 것을 확인한 점에서 본 연구의 함의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study aimed to examine the levels of proactive personality, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career exploration in Chinese college students, how proactive personality and career decision-making self-efficacy affect career exploration, respectively, and whether career decision-making self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the process. The subjects of the survey were 295 male and female students from four universities in Henan Province, China, and the survey was conducted between April 26 and May 6, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling, and the results are as follows. First, the levels of active personality, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career exploration were 3.37, 3.27, and 3.28 out of 5 points, respectively, indicating that they need to be further improved. Second, while controlling the grade, the active personality had a positive effect on career decision-making self-efficacy and career exploration, respectively. Third, career decision-making self-efficacy had a positive effect on career exploration. Fourth, the influence of the active personality on career decision-making self-efficacy was greater than on career exploration. Fifth, when the active personality influenced career exploration, career decision-making self-efficacy played a positive mediating role. Sixth, the two variables of proactive personality and career decision-making self-efficacy explained approximately 38.4% of career exploration after controlling for the influence of grade. The implications of this study can be found in the fact that both the personality factor of proactiv personality and the sense of ability factor of career decision-making self-efficacy are important, as proactive personality and career decision-making self-efficacy are major variables that influence college students' career exploration, and when these two variables work together, the influence becomes greater.
