국문 초록

본 연구는 부모의 학업성취압력 변화 추이를 분석하고, 학업성취압력의 변화궤적에 영향을 미치는 예측요인을 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위하여 한국아동패널 종단연구자료를 통해 중학교 입학 전후기(초4-중1) 자료를 분석하였다. 잠재성장모형 분석을 통해 학업성취압력의 변화추이를 살펴본 결과, 첫째, 중학교 입학 전후기 학생이 지각하는 학업성취압력의 변화는 유의미하게 낮아졌다. 둘째, 중학교 입학 전후기 학생이 지각하는 학업성취압력의 변화에서 남학생은 유의미하게 낮아졌지만 여학생은 변화가 없었다. 셋째, 중학교 입학 전후기 학생이 지각하는 학업성취압력의 변화에 영향을 주는 심리적 요인은 학업스트레스, 그릿, 시간사용만족도로 나타났다. 학업스트레스는 부적으로, 그릿과 시간사용만족도는 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 중학교 입학 전후기 학생이 지각하는 학업성취압력의 변화에 영향을 주는 심리적 요인은 남학생만 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 반영하여 연구 결과의 합의점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the trend of changes in parents' academic achievement pressure and seeks to identify predictive factors that affect the trajectory of change in academic achievement pressure. For this purpose, data before and after middle school entry (4th grade in elementary school to 1st grade in middle school) were analyzed through the Korean Children's Panel longitudinal study data. As a result of examining the change in academic achievement pressure through potential growth model analysis, first, the change in academic achievement pressure perceived by students before and after entering middle school decreased significantly. Second, in the change in academic achievement pressure perceived by students before and after entering middle school, there was a significant decrease for male students, but there was no change for female students. Third, the psychological factors affecting the change in academic achievement pressure perceived by students before and after entering middle school were academic stress, grit, and satisfaction with time use. Academic stress was analyzed to have a negative effect, and grit and time use satisfaction were analyzed to have a positive effect. Fourth, psychological factors that affect the change in academic achievement pressure perceived by students before and after entering middle school showed significant results only for male students. The implications of the research results were presented by reflecting the above results.
