유아교사가 인식한 원장의 서번트리더십이 유아교사의 셀프리더십과 교수몰입을 매개로 교수창의성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 서번트리더십이 유아교사의 셀프리더십과 교수몰입을 매개로 교수창의성에 미치는 영향력을 검증함으로써 유아교사의 교수창의성을 설명하는 환경적, 개인적(전략, 태도) 요인들의 역할을 탐구하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 인천 및 경기 소재 유아교육기관(어린이집, 유치원)에 재직 중인 유아교사 224명을 대상으로 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 서번트리더십, 유아교사의 셀프리더십, 교수몰입 및 교수창의성을 측정하였으며, 자료분석을 위해 구조방정식 모형을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 서번트리더십, 유아교사의 셀프리더십과 교수몰입은 교수창의성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 서번트리더십은 셀프리더십, 교수몰입에 유의미한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 교수몰입에 대한 셀프리더십의 영향력도 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 간접효과와 관련하여, 유아교사가 인식한 원장의 서번트리더십은 유아교사의 셀프리더십과 교수몰입을 각각 매개하여 교수창의성에 유의미한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 순차적으로도 두 요인을 매개하여 교수창의성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 유아교사의 교수창의성에 기여하는 환경적, 개인적(전략, 태도) 예측요인을 검증하였다는 점에서 학술적으로 의의를 지니며, 실제적 측면에서도 유아교사의 교수창의성을 높일 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의미 있는 함의를 제공한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the roles of environmental and personal factors in explaining the teaching creativity of early childhood teachers by verifying the effect of the servant leadership of principals perceived by early childhood teachers on the teaching creativity through the self-leadership and teaching flow of early childhood teachers. For the foregoing purpose of the study, the servant leadership of principals perceived by early childhood teachers, and the self-leadership, teaching flow, and teaching creativity of early childhood teachers were measured with 226 early childhood teachers working at early childhood education institutions (daycare centers, kindergartens) located in Incheon and Gyeonggi Province. The structural equation model was used for data analysis, and the results of the study indicated that the servant leadership of principals perceived by early childhood teachers, and the self-leadership and teaching flow of early childhood teachers had significant effects on the teaching creativity. In addition, it was indicated that the servant leadership of principals perceived by early childhood teachers had significant effects on the self-leadership and teaching flow, and that the effect of the self-leadership on the teaching flow was also significant. With regard to indirect effects, it was indicated that the servant leadership of principals perceived by early childhood teachers mediated the self-leadership and teaching flow, respectively, had a significant effect on the teaching creativity, and had a significant effect on the teaching creativity sequentially, too. The results of this study are academically significant in that they verified the environmental and individual predictors that contribute to the teaching creativity of early childhood teachers. In the practical aspects too, they also provide meaningful implications in that they presented concrete ways to enhance the teaching creativity of early childhood teachers.
