국문 초록

이 연구는 디자인씽킹 기반 교과-비교과 연계 리빙랩 프로그램에 참여한 대학생의 창의적 문제해결력, 의사소통능력, 협력적 자기효능감, 창의적 산출물과의 관계를 경험적으로 확인하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 전남 소재 M대학에 재학 중인 학생 35명을 대상으로 1학기 동안 교과-비교과 연계 리빙랩 프로그램을 운영하였고, 이들에게 사전검사, 사후검사, 추후검사를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 참여 학생들의 창의적 문제해결력, 의사소통능력, 협력적 자기효능감의 평균점수는 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 창의적 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력, 협력적 자기효능감, 창의적 산출물과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 창의적 문제해결능력과 창의적 산출물만 유의미한 관계를 보였다. 마지막으로 창의적 문제해결력은 창의적 산출물에 영향을 미치는 변인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 교육적 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relationship between university students' creative problem-solving ability, communication skills, collaborative self-efficacy, and creative performance through participation in a design thinking-based curricular-extracurricular linked Living Lab program. For this purpose, a program was conducted over one semester with 35 students enrolled at M University in Jeollanam-do, South Korea. Pre-test, post-test, and follow-up test were administered to measure changes in the students' competencies. The main results are as follows. First, the mean scores for creative problem-solving ability, communication skills, and collaborative self-efficacy of the participating students showed statistically significant improvement. Second, the analysis of the relationship among creative problem-solving ability, communication skills, collaborative self-efficacy, and creative performance revealed that only creative problem-solving ability had a significant relationship with creative performance. Finally, creative problem-solving ability was identified as a variable influencing creative performance. Based on these findings, educational implications were discussed.
