국문 초록

This study investigates the current status of post-operative self-care ability of patients with retinal detachment (RD) and analyzes its influencing factors. In this study, 252 patients undergoing RD reduction were investigated by convenience sampling, general data questionnaire and the Exercise of Self-Care Agency (ESCA), and the findings were as follows: The self-care ability of 252 patients was generally at a high level, and the score was (116.11±17.85). Age, gender, education level, occupation, average monthly income, payment method of medical expenses and place of residence had statistical significance in understanding of retinal detachment through univariate analysis (P < 0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, average monthly income and understanding degree of retina had statistical significance (P < 0.05). The postoperative self-care ability of patients with RD is generally at a high level, but in the face of this situation, clinical nurses should further in-depth and multi-dimensional understanding of patients, and the content and methods of health education should be both targeted and personalized when nursing different patients, so as to improve patients’ self-care ability and promote patients’ postoperative rehabilitation.

영문 초록

本研究在调查视网膜脱离（retinal detachment，RD）患者术后的自我护理能力的现状，并分析其影响因素。本研究采用便利抽样法，使用一般资料调查表、自我护理量表（the Exerciseof Self-Care Agency，ESCA）对252 例进行RD 复位术的患者进行了调查，研究发现： 252 位患者术后的自我护理能力总体处于较高水平，得分为（116.11±17.85）分；通过单因素分析年龄、性别、受教育程度、职业、平均月收入、医疗费用支付方式、居住地对视网膜脱落的了解程度具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；多元线性回归分析为受教育程度、平均月收入、对视网膜的了解程度具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。RD 患者在术后自我护理能力总体处于较高水平，但是面对这一现状，临床护理人员应进一步对患者进行深入、多维度的了解，对不同的患者进行护理时应该让健康教育变的内容和方式既具有针对性又体现个性化，以提高患者的自我护理能力，促进患者术后康复。
