국문 초록

As a new engine of the fourth scientific and technological revolution, digital technology is profoundly changing people’s life and production mode, changing the development of productive forces, optimizing the allocation of resources, and building a new home of spiritual civilization, and gradually becoming a booster for achieving common prosperity for all people. However, in the process of enabling common prosperity, there are still many practical challenges, resulting in structural unemployment, the intensification of the digital divide, and the damage to the network ecological environment. In view of these challenges, it is necessary to promote the hierarchical reconstruction of digital technology and enterprises, create a good platform competition environment, and reshape the spiritual identity of digital technology platforms.

영문 초록

数字技术作为第四次科技革命的新引擎，正在深刻改变着人们的生活和生产方式，变革生产力发展、优化资源配置方式、建设精神文明新家园，逐渐成为实现全体人民共同富裕的助推器。但在其赋能共同富裕的过程中，仍存在着许多现实挑战，造成结构性失业、数字鸿沟加剧、网络生态环境损害等问题。针对这些挑战，应推动数字技术与企业分层次重构、营造良好平台竞争环境、重塑数字技术平台精神认同。
