산업별 노동소득분배율이 산업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 1993년~2016년까지 자료의 가용성(feasibility)을 기준으로 광업, 제조업(11개), 전기가스수도사업, 건설업, 서비스업(5개) 등 총 19개 산업(제조업과 비제조업 구분)을 대상으로 산업별 노동소득분배율이 산업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 산업의 경영성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 제반요인들을 통제한 후 실증 분석한 결과, 산업별 노동소득분배율은 산업의 경영성과에 통계적으로 유의한 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였으며, 비제조업이 아닌 제조업의 경영성과에서 통계적 유의성을 발견하였다. 또한 산업의 경영성과 중에서 수익성 지표인 매출액영업이익률보다 성장성 지표인 매출액증가율에 노동소득분배율의 영향이 더 크게 작용하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문은 총수요와 분배의 측면이 아닌 생산주체인 산업(기업)의 관점에서 노동소득분배율과 경영성과 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였으며, 자영업소득을 감안한 산업별 노동소득분배율의 상승이 산업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향이 아닌 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This paper empirically analyzed the effect of industrial labor income shares on industrial management performance, include the total of 19 industries(manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors) in mining, manufacturing(11), electric gas water service, construction industry and service industry(5) based on the feasibility of data from 1990 to 2016. As a result of the empirical analysis after controlling all the factors expected to affect the management performance of the industry, the labor income shares by industry has a statistically significant negative effect on the management performance of the industry, and this study found statistical significance in the performance of manufacturing instead of non-manufacturing. Among the management performance of the industry, it was confirmed that the effect of the labor income shares on the sales growth rate, which is the growth index, is greater than the sales profitability index, which is the index of profitability. This paper examines the relationship between the labor income shares and management performance from the point of view of firms that are demand and distribution aspects, the increase in the labor income shares by industry taking into account self-employment income has a negative effect on the management performance of the industry, not a positive effect.
