국문 초록

이 연구는 정신지체특수학교의 직업교육을 혁신하기 위해 개발된 교사참조요목의 적용 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 교육혁신 모형 중 사회적 상호작용 모형과 학교단위에서 교육활동의 개선을 위하여 자율적으로 수행하는 활동인 자율장학, 그리고 학교단위의 의도적이고 계획적인 교육실천 계획인 학교교육과정의 작성에 관련된 문헌을 검토하여 교사참조요목의 적용 모형을 개발하였고, 구체적인 적용 방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구와 전문가협의회를 중심으로 하였다. 교육혁신 모형인 사회적 상호작용 모형의 확산 전략으로 인식, 관심, 평가, 시도, 채택의 단계에 따른 방안을 제시하였으며, 자율장학의 동료장학과 자기장학의 방법에 따른 방안을 제시하였고, 학교교육과정의 작성 절차에 따라 기본방향설정, 시안작성, 지원계획수립, 시안 및 지원계획 검토․확정의 방법에 따른 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was the development of application methods of teachers' reference inventory for renovation of vocational education of special schools for students with mental retardation. The teachers' inventory was developed by the authors previously. To investigate the purpose, the study reviewed literatures on Social Interaction Model as one of the education innovation models, autonomous supervision which is carried out autonomously to improve educational activities in each school, and school curriculum development method in school to prepare educational program purposely and deliberately. After reviewing the literature, the study presented a study model and three specific application methods of teachers' reference inventory. In developing the specific application methods, the study meeting was held with teachers who were working as vocational education teachers as well as accomplished a master degree in the field. The teachers reviewed the application methods and suggested ideas and methods to improve the first version of the application methods. Based on the Social Interaction model, an application method to diffuse the teachers' reference inventory was developed concretely as a sequence of recognition, interest, evaluation, trial, adoption, as a diffusion strategy. Based on autonomous supervision, another application method was developed specifically as peer supervision and self supervision. Also, school curriculum development method was suggested as a application method of teachers' reference inventory in school using the sequence of figuring out a basic direction, making a draft, planning supports, and reviewing and finalizing.
