국문 초록

이 연구는 현재 일반대학 교직과정 중 음악과에 한해서 실제 교직과정을 이수하는 재학생들을 대상으로 질적 연구하였다. 연구자가 학생들의 실제 교직과정 이수 경험을 재구성하여 음악교사 양성 실태와 관련 요인들의 관계를 규명하여, 문제점을 제기하는 것이 목적이다. 음악과 교사양성 제도 중에서 특히 일반대학 교직과정을 연구대상으로 선택한 것은 일반대학에서 음악과 교직과정 이수 제도에 대한 문제점을 제기하고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 먼저 음악 중등 정교사 양성 제도와 현황, 임용제도, 임용현황 등을 조사·분석하였고, 그 다음 일반대학 음악과에서 교직과정을 이수하는 학생들을 질적 방법에 의해 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 미적 교과인 음악 교과의 성격과 목표에 대한 진지한 고민, 미적 교과에 알맞은 교사의 특성, 그에 따른 양성제도에 대해 고민할 수 있는 계기를 마련하는데 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted targeting enrolled music students who are actually taking courses in teaching education from normal universities. The purpose of this study is to reorganize actual experiences of the targeted students and investigate the training status of music teachers and the relationship between days of the week, pointing out any issues. Especially, this study was conducted on the music major where students taking courses in teacher education duplicated with courses in the college of education should learn various knowledge, functions and emotional attitudes. Especially, the teacher education in normal universities was selected among various music teacher training institutions in order to prepare an opportunity to give a careful consideration to the music teacher education of normal universities, characteristics of teachers suitable for the subject of arts and relevant certification system.
