국문 초록

2020년 초부터 시작된 코로나 19는 전 세계 학생들에게 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 학생들이 학교에 등교하지 못하고 집에 머무르면서 친구들을 만나지 못하고, 움직임이 줄어들고, 미디어에 의존하는 등 조화로운 성장과 발달에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 코로나 19로 인해 온라인수업이 시작되었다. 그러나 온라인수업은 학생들의 학습동기와 학습의욕을 자극시키는데 한계가 있었고, 따라서 자연스럽게 학습결손과 학력저하를 불러일으켰다. 코로나 19로 인해 돌봄, 결식, 온라인 교육환경, 심리정서, 학업성취도 등 모든 측면에서 취약계층 학생들은 더 큰 고통을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 코로나 19가 학생에게 미친 다면적인 부정적 영향을 분석하였다. 코로나 19 회복을 위해 통합적 접근, 장기적 접근, 취약계층을 위한 강력한 우대정책이 필요하다는 점을 발견하였다. 이를 바탕으로 신체건강 회복, 심리정서 회복, 학습격차 해소, 취약계층 지원, 코로나 취약계층(신 취약계층) 지원, 학습당 학생수 적정화 등의 정책과제를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

COVID-19, which started in early 2020, has had a major impact on students around the world. Students were unable to attend school and stayed at home, not meeting their friends, reducing movement, and relying on media, which had a negative impact on harmonious growth and development. Also, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, students were forced to take online classes. However, online classes had limitations in stimulating students learning motivation and learning motivation, and thus naturally caused learning deficits and academic decline. Vulnerable students in all aspects, such as care, lack of meals, online education environment, psychological and emotional performance, and academic achievement, are suffering more from COVID-19. This study analyzed the multifaceted negative effects of COVID-19 on students. Based on this, I emphasized the need for an integrated approach, a long-term approach, and strong preferential policies for the vulnerable to recover from COVID-19. In addition, policy tasks such as physical health recovery, psychological and emotional recovery, learning gap closure, support for the underprivileged, support for the corona-vulnerable class (new vulnerable class), and optimization of the number of students per learning were proposed.
