영문 초록

While remodeling is being promoted in Seoul or the metropolitan area, in this paper, there are certain factors that are problematic when remodeling, and a study was conducted to prepare improvement plans by analyzing these factors. The study extracted important items on the problems through a F.G.I. of the expert group to extract the problems of remodeling targeting the expert group. For the selected problems, a questionnaire was conducted focusing on the Seoul metropolitan area, and the importance and impact values of the problems were analyzed by the AHP model. The research results are as follows: First, as tax and policy support, VAT benefits, acquisition tax reductions, and tax deductions for remodeling construction costs should be made. Second, policy financial support and supplier financial support should be provided by expanding financial support. Third, by expanding the scope and method of remodeling, the remodeling method and ratio should be relaxed, and the scope of extension should be expanded. Fourth, the diversity of designs should be reconsidered. Fifth, such as the need to reinforce publicity to expand awareness of remodeling.
