심상을 활용한 보컬 공감력 증진 교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용

국문 초록

본 연구는 보컬교육의 진보적 방향성 구축의 일환으로, 여타 학문과의 융합의과정을 통해 보컬교육의 질적 향상을 도모하고자 하였다. 그에 따라 심상을 활용한 보컬교육안을 구안·적용하여 보컬전공자의 공감력 증진에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구는 J 대학교 경기도 캠퍼스와 충남 캠퍼스의 실용음악과에 재학 중인 보컬 전공자를 대상으로 하였다. 학생이 호흡기관이나 발성기관 등의 기본적 조절력을 습득한 이후에 사용되는 심상 접근법이어야만 그 교육적 결과가 긍정적일수 있다는 선행연구 내용에 따라(문혜령 2013:17), 최소 6개월 이상 호흡, 발성과 같은 보컬 기초교육을 받은 경험이 있는 자로 한정하였다. 자료 수집 기간은2020년 5월 1일부터 5월 20일까지이며, 최종 참여대상은 총 52명이다. 참여자의 설문 응답 내용 분석을 위하여 SPSS windows 12.0K 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며, 요인분석과 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중 회귀분석을 활용하여 영향력을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 연구에 사용된 변수들의 항목 간내적 일관성이 있음을 확인하였으며, 교수자가 보컬교육에서 주로 활용하는 교육의 유형은 99% 신뢰수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 개념에 대한 응답분포 현황의 평균과 표준편차를 살펴보면 ‘심상 이해정도’ 와 ‘공감증진력’이 상당히 높게 나타났으며, 참여자의 가창 행태에 나타난 변화는주요 가설 모두에서 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 ‘심상 이해정도와 공감증진력’ 사이에서 높은 상관관계가 있음을 함께 확인하였다. 공감력모형의 다중 회귀분석의 결과 공감력 증진 교육이 참여자의 심상 이해정도를확대하는 것과 공감력 증진의 교육 반영 여부에 유의미한 영향력이 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막 심층 면담에 참여한 학생의 의견을 종합하였을 때, 교육의 참여가 다양한 긍정적 생각의 계기 마련에 도움이 된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 교수자의 경우 본 교육의 효용성에 대하여 긍정적 반응을 보였으며, 실제 교육으로도입되기 위해서는 교수자와 제재 곡의 확보가 무엇보다 필요하다는 의견을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

As part of the progressive direction of vocal education, this study seeks to improve the quality of vocal education through the process of convergence with other disciplines. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to discover the effect of the empathy enhancement on vocal majors’ expansion by drawing up and applying a vocal education plan using imagery. Research work was conducted on vocal majors attending the applied music department at J University’s Gyeonggi and Chungnam campuses. According to the previous research conclusions that the educational results could only achieve a positive result for students through the imagery approach used after acquiring primary control of the respiratory or vocal organs, students were limited to those who had at least six months of experience in basic vocal training such as breathing and vocalization. The data collection period was from May 1, 2020, to May 20, 2020, with a total of 52 participants. The SPSS windows 12.0K statistical program was used to analyze the survey responses of participants, and the influence was verified using factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows: It was confirmed that there was internal consistency between the items used in the study, and the types of education that the professor mainly use in vocal education. It showed statistically significant differences at a 99% confidence level. Looking at the average and standard deviation of the response distribution status for the research concept, the ‘Degree of imagery understanding’, the ‘Empathy enhancement’ was significantly higher. The changes in participants’ singing behavior had a significant impact on both significant hypotheses. Besides, it was confirmed that there is a high correlation between ‘the degree of understanding of the imagery and the empathy enhancement’. Also, as a result of the multiple regression analysis of the empathy enhancement model, it was confirmed that the education for promoting empathy enhancement has a significant influence on whether to expand participants’ imagery understanding and to reflect the education for promoting empathy enhancement. When the opinions of the students who participated in the last in-depth interview were synthesized, it was confirmed that participation in education helped to prepare various positive thinking opportunities. In the case of professors, they responded positively to the effectiveness of this education. They confirmed that professors and securing sanctioned songs were needed above all for actual education.
