Purpose – The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and possibility of transformational leadership. Transformational leadership was recognized for its usefulness in a number of areas. Transformational leadership is a gift of hope and future. Especially for those weary. so I would like to introduce the transformational leadership and it's spirit and value. Research design, data, and methodology – Theoretical study Results – 1) Transformational leadership should have toward positive goals. 2) Transformational leadership will give back the lost hope. 3) Transformational leadership is a beautiful value
rather than academic. Conclusions – The study was able to demonstrate the value of leadership. Many people said that today is the time of abandonment. Now, what is needed that can go towards the future. I believe that is the spirit of transformational leadership.
