Corporate cultural construction plays an important role in its development. The efficiency of cultural construction is a vital indicator of the corporate culture building input and output ratio. This essay focus on the output-input ratio to establish corporate culture construction efficiency index system, with DEA, tries to
figure out appraisal method and improvement suggestions, finally prove it by example analysis.
