Based on the analysis of the universal management process of small and medium-sized automobile service enterprise in China in the current stage, makes an empirical study on the way of carrying out the 8S site management in small and medium-sized automobile service enterprises, and puts forward the feasible scheme to establish a long-term mechanism of 8S management, in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
