영문 초록

South Korea has embodied the best e-government in th world and has progressed IT investment and IT management continuously. While South Korea has promoted national policies, it need to request the democratic decision making based on participation of government, business and citizens. So IT governance has progressed as a process of decision making connecting with resource, information, and organization in private sector, but now IT governance need to reorganize IT infrastructure, It business, IT investment, IT resource management and so on in public sector. That is, IT governance should be important means to improve quality of IT process, IT performance management, IT resource management, citizen s service and so on. This study divided composed factors of IT governance into IT principle, IT architecture, IT infrastructure, business application and, IT investment and the study explain organization and system management in public sector. Finally the study suggested desirable direction of IT governance as efficient and universal public information system for IT decision making, IT process, IT performance management and IT resource management.
