영문 초록

National security through reinforcement of cooperations among the nations is the most important factor to secure the continuous development in the North-East Asia. At first, through this study, it is considered the possibilities of idealistic and practical replacement of newly developed constructivism which was introduced around the end of 1980s on the reinforcement of cooperation between North-East Asian countries, and is compared to the discussion about national security and balance of power which were led by neorealism before the constructivism. And it is considered how the discussion on the ideas could be applied on the international environment in the 21st century and balance of power between North-East Asian countries. Furthermore, through these consideration, new alternative about desirable cooperation between Korea and surrounding countries, and the attitude of Korea which can be taken may be suggested.
