영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of coach-athlete relationship on passion in sport and burnout in high school Taekwondo athlete. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. First, complementarity, commitment and closeness, which are sub-factors of the coach-athlete relationship were found to effect on obsessive passion, and complementarity, closeness were found to effect on harmonious passion. Second, closeness, which are sub-factor of the coach-athlete relationship was found to effect on fellow discord, complementarity was found to effect on mind and body depletion, decreased achievement/motivation, closeness was found to effect on coach discord. Third, obsessive passion was found to effect on fellow discord, mind and body depletion and coach discord, harmonious passion was found to effect on fellow discord, mind and body depletion, decreased achievement/motivation and coach discord.
