영문 초록

This study reorganized the characteristics of the training and participation activities of Poomsae athletes in the elderly, and used an open questionnaire method to find out the answer to whether it is possible to construct a special performance factor unique to the elderly in this regard. Inductive analysis was performed. The results were obtained by reorganizing the psychological competency into four subcategories, such as motivation, goal consciousness, mental power, and crisis management, and the subcategory s physical functional competencies into four subcategories such as game comprehension ability, skill level, physical strength, and skill use. It is important to recognize that strengthening physical strength with an emphasis on maintaining flexibility and maintaining a sense of balance with daily life are very important factors when adjusting the performance of the elderly Poomsae athletes with the goal of training and participation in competitions.
