국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 난임 여성이 경험하는 출산에 대한 사회적 압박감과 비합리적 부모신념이 우울에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 결혼만족도가 비합리적 부모신념을 조절하는지 확인하기 위하여 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 난임 여성 267명을 대상으로 비합리적 부모신념 척도, 결혼만족도 척도, 우울척도와 출산에 대한 사회적 압박감에 대한 질문를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 설문 조사 결과는 SPSS 24와 SPSS Macro PROCESS 2.16으로 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 압박감, 비합리적 부모신념, 결혼만족도, 우울은 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 조절된 매개효과 검증 결과, 사회적 압박감이 비합리적 부모신념을 통해 우울에 영향을 미치는 과정을 결혼만족도가 조절하는 조절된 매개효과가 유의미하였다. 셋째, 결혼만족도의 수준에 따른 간접조절효과의 유의성이 검증되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의 및 난임 여성의 우울에 대한 시사점 및 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to validify the moderated mediating effect of marital satisfaction through irrational parenthood cognition on the relationship between social pressure and depression in infertile women. The questionnaires was administered to 267 infertile women who were diagnosed with the condition, using the questionnaire for social pressure, Questionnaire for Irrational Parenthood Cognition(QIPC), Marital Satisfaction Scale(MSS), and Beck Depression Inventory(BDI). The results of the questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 24 and SPSS Macro PROCESS 2.16. First, social pressure, irrational parenthood cognition, marital satisfaction, and depression were significantly correlated. Second, as a result of moderated mediation effects, irrational parenthood cognition and marital satisfaction showed a significant interaction in the relationship between social pressure and irrational parenthood cognition and depression. Third, the significance of the indirect moderated effect according to the level of marital satisfaction was verified. Implications for improvement of depression of infertile women and suggestions for future research are discussed.
