영문 초록

Today, diverse research results are required in relation to catastrophic marine oil Spill and corresponding compensation for damages and other various liability issues. The study has investigated large marine oil Spill and the status of related international responses and collaboration systems, and compared and analyzed foreign accidents with domestic cases to find out marine oil pollution prevention systems and accident response systems in order to suggest implement plans. The study aims to raise awareness of marine oil pollution accidents, related problems, including marine security, and suggest ways to improve current systems. As a result, we expect to utilize Korea s marine oil Spill to minimize damage through aggressive and efficient responses and reasonable compensation.
