간호학생의 간호간병 통합 서비스 실습에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 현재 정책적으로 확대되고 있는 간호간병 통합서비스 실습을 간호학생에게 적용한 후 간호전문직관, 돌봄지각, 도덕적민감성의 차이를 밝혀 간호간병통합 서비스를 전문적으로 담당할 수 있는 간호사 양성의 자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었 다. 연구대상자는 간호학과 4학년에 재학중인 학생으로 간호간병통합서비스를 경험한 학생 64명과 일반병동실습을 경험한 학생 64명이다. 자료수집은 2015년 12월 첫째주에 이루어졌다. 연구 결과 간호전문직관은 두 집단간 차이가 없었으며, 돌봄지 각과 도덕적민감성은 통합서비스 실습 경험 학생이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 보호자나 간병인이 없는 환경에서 실습하여 돌봄지각과 도덕적민감성이 향상된 것으로 해석된다. 간호간병통합서비스에서는 간호사가 간호와 간병을 제공하고 환 자는 보호자 없이 병실에서 건강회복을 해야 하는 새로운 체계이므로 간호교육이 중요하다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 전공교육 초기에 돌봄지각을 향상시키고, 도덕적민 감성 발달을 통해 환자를 보호하고 정당한 간호를 제공할 수 있는 교육이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to clarify the differences of nursing professionalism, caregiving perception, and moral sensitivity of comprehensive nursing service practicum which is currently being expanded to nursing students and to provide nurse training data that can specialize in comprehensive nursing service. The subjects of this study were 64 students who experienced comprehensive nursing service and 64 students who had a general ward practicum. Data collection was on the first week of December 2015. As a result nursing professionalism was not different between the two groups. Caring perception and moral sensitivity were found to be higher in students with comprehensive nursing service experience. It is interpreted that the caring perception and moral sensitivity are improved by practicing in an environment without family or caregivers. Comprehensive nursing service education is important as a new system in which nurses provide nursing care and patients have to recover their health from the ward without caregivers. Based on the results of this study, it is required to improve caregiving awareness at the beginning of major education, to protect patients through moral sensitivity and care perception development, and to provide proper nursing education.
