영문 초록

In this study, the influence of big five personality factors on job searching efficacy and career preparation behavior were investigated. The following summarizes the results of the analysis on the research. First, big five personality factors were significantly related to job searching efficacy and career preparation behavior. Second, job searching efficacy mediated the links between big five personality factors and career preparation behavior. The limitations of this study and suggestions are discussed.
