국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 호텔 식음료 종사원의 근무환경과 재무성과간의 관계를 측정을 하여 긍정적인 영향이 미치는지 규명하고 조직지원을 조절변수로 호텔 식음료 종사원의 근무환경과 재무성과간의 관계에서 어떠한 미치는 영향을 설명하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 실시하고 다중회귀분석과 Baron & Kenny(1986)의 위계적 회귀분석을 실시했다. 첫째, 호텔 식음료 종사원의 근무환경이 성장성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 물리적 성장, 경제적 성장, 직무열의, 인적요인 모두 성장성에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향력이 있었다. 둘째, 호텔 식음료 종사원의 근무환경이 수익성에 미치는 영향은 물리적 성장과 경제적 성장은 성장성에 의적인 정(+)의 영향력이 있었다. 셋째, 호텔 식음료종사원의 근무환경과 재무성과의 하위변인인 성장성의 관계에서 조절변수인 조직지원의 효과는 인적요인성장성은 β=-0.091(p<.0.5)로 정(+)의 조절효과가 있었다. 넷째, 호텔 식음료종사원의 근무환경과 재무성과의 하위변인인 수익성의 관계에서 조절변수인 조직지원의 효과는 경제적 환경수익성은 β=-0.048(p<.0.5)로 정(+)의 조절효과가 있었다.

영문 초록

This study is to measure the relationship between the work environment and financial performance of hotel food and beverage workers, explained how organizational support influences the relationship between work environment and financial performance. A multiple regression analysis and a hierarchical regression analysis of Baron & Kenny (1986) were conducted. First, regression analysis was conducted to analyze the growth potential of working environment of hotel food and beverage workers. Physical growth, economic growth, job tenure, and human factors all had a positive (+) influence on growth. Second, the effect of the working environment of the hotel food and beverage workers on profitability was positive (+) that physical growth and economic growth had a positive effect on growth. Third, the effect of organizational support, which is a controlling variable in the relationship between the working environment and the financial performance of the hotel food and beverage service employees, is as follows: growth factor = -0.091 (p <.05) there was. Fourth, the effect of organizational support, which is a controlling variable in the relationship between the working environment and financial performance of the hotel food and beverage workers, is as follows: economic environment, profitability = -0.048 (p <.05) there was.
