국문 초록

본 연구는 목적은 보육의 질적 강화를 위하여 보육교사의 의사소통능력과 부모-교사 의사소통간에는 어떤 관계가 있는 지를 확인하는데 있다. 따라서 의사소통능력을 측정할 수 있는 측정도구를 사용하여 조사연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과 보육교사의 배경변인에 따라 보육교사 의사소통능력에는 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 보육교사의 학력에 따른 차이는 보육의 질적 강화를 위해 연수 등을 통해 개발시켜야 할 부분이라고 판단된다. 그리고 보육교사의 의사소통능력에 따른 보육교사 의사소통 어려움의 원인에는 부분적으로 차이가 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 부모와 교사가 지각하는 의사소통 어려움의 원인 차이에서는 모두 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉, 교사와 부모들은 각자가 지각하는 의사소통 어려움의 원인에 있어서 차이가 있음으로 확인되었다. 따라서 부모와 교사간의 의사소통에 있어서 무엇이 어려움을 야기하는 지를 확인함으로써 향후 효과적인 보육을 위한 환경 개선을 위한 방안들이 마련되어야 함을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to check if there are any differences in nursery teachers’ communication skills according to their background variables, in communication difficulties according to their communication skills, and in the causes of communication difficulties perceived by parents and teachers. Thus, this study set up and verified research questions concerning differences by the domains of communication skills according to nursery teachers’ background variables, in difficulties about themselves, others and facilities according to their communication skills, and in the causes of communication difficulties perceived by parents and teachers, respectively. Through the results of this study, it was found that nursery teachers’ background variables were not related to differences in communication skills. Also, it was found that there were no differences in difficulties according to communication skills. Lastly, it was found that there were differences in the causes of communication difficulties perceived by each of them. Therefore, it is noted that it would be required for parents and teachers to prepare plans to improve their difficulties, respectively.
