핵심역량 관점에서 본 실과 교육과정의 이해 -1955~1987년 1~5차 실과교육과정을 중심으로-

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 핵심역량의 관점에서 1차부터 5차 교육과정까지의 실과교육과정 내용을 분석하고 이를 통해 지금의 실과 교육에서의 핵심역량을 도출하는 것이었다. 이 연구에서는 빅데이터 분석 방법 중 하나인 네트워크 분석 방법을 적용하여 교육과정에서 사용된 단어의 연관성을 분석한 후 이를 근거로 각 교육과정의 핵심 역량을 도출하였다. 연구의 결과로 도출된 핵심역량은 컴퓨터 활용 능력, 생활 실천 능력, 합리적 소비판단 능력, 생활 기능 능력, 설계 공작 능력, 생활 관리 능력, 산업 사회 및 직업 문해, 관계 형성 능력, 공동체 역량, 여가 선용 능력 이었다. 1차부터 5차 교육과정의 분석을 통해 도출된 역량은 크게 4가지 관점에서 논의될 수 있는데 이는 2015 개정 교육과정에서 처음으로 제시된 실과 교과역량과도 연관되어 있다. 먼저 생활 기능 능력, 설계·공작 능력은 기능적 측면에서 2015 개정 교육과정에서는 제시되지 않은 새로운 하나의 역량으로 제시될 수 있을 것이다. 합리적 소비판단 능력, 생활 관리 능력, 생활 실천 능력은 2015 교육과정의 생활자립능력이나 실천적 문제해결능력과 관련하여 또 다른 역량으로 제시될 수 있을 것이다. 공동체 역량, 관계형성능력은 2015 개정교육과정에서의 관계 형성능력과 관련하여 대안적 용어로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 산업 사회 및 직업 문해, 여가 선용 능력은 산업 사회와 직업의 세계 이해 및 여가 선용이라는 실과의 새로운 역량이 될 수있을 것이다. 컴퓨터 활용 능력 역시 실과에서 소프트웨어 교육의 전격적 도입과 관련하여 실과 고유의 역량으로 고려될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the content of the practical arts curriculum from the first to the fifth curriculum in terms of core competencies and to derive core competencies in the present practical arts education through this. In this study, we applied the network analysis method, one of the big data analysis methods, to analyze the relevance of words used in the curriculum. The core competencies derived from the research are computer literacy, life practice ability, reasonable consumption judgment ability, life function ability, design work ability, life management ability, industrial society and job literacy, relationship formation ability, community ability, leisure ability. Competencies derived through the analysis of curriculum can be discussed in four perspectives. This is also related to the competencies for the first time presented in the 2015 revised curriculum. Life functioning ability, designing and engineering ability can be presented as a new competencies that is not presented in the 2015 revised curriculum in terms of function. Reasonable consumption judgment ability, life management ability, and life practice ability can be presented as another ability related to the ability of living in 2015 curriculum and solving practical problems. Relationship formation ability, community ability could be used in alternative terms in relation to the competencies to build relationships in the 2015 revised curriculum. Industrial society and job literacy and leisure ability can be new competencies of practical arts. Computer literacy can also be a new competency of practical arts.
