국문 초록

본 연구는 조선족 이주노동자들이 타국에서 체류하는 외국인임과 동시에 고용 관계에서 노동자로서의 이중적 취약성에 따른 복합적 어려움을 겪으면서 구체적인 삶에서 구성한 인권의 의미와 경험을 그들의 목소리를 통해 살펴보고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 삶의 현장에서의 경험과 소통을 통해 구성된 의미들을 새로운 통찰과 해석으로 보여줄 수 있는 질적사례연구를 활용하였다. 연구참여자들은 동일하게 조선족 이주노동자였지만 자신들만의 독특한 삶의 경험을 통해 서로 다른 인권의 의미를 구성하고 있었다. 이를 통해 조선족 이주노동자들의 보편적 인권 보장 뿐 아니라 특수한 각 개인의 삶의 실제적인 인권 개선 및 향상을 위한 실용적인 지향점을 제시하였다

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to examine through their own voices the human rights and meanings formed in the concrete life of the Korean Chinese immigrant workers while they undergo the complex difficulties of dual vulnerabilities as foreigners staying in the foreign country and as laborers in the employment relationships. To achieve this purpose, the qualitative case study was utilized, which can show with a new insight and interpretation the meanings formed through the experiences and communication in the actual field of life. The research participants were the same Korean Chinese immigrant workers but they were forming the meanings of the human rights that were different from one another through their own unique experiences of life. Through this, this researcher presented the implications of social welfare practice not only for the guarantee of the universal human rights of the Korean Chinese immigrant workers but also for the improvement and enhancement of the practical human rights of the specific life of each individual.
