특수교육 수업평가 문항개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 특수교사의 수업전문성 향상과 수업의 질 개선을 위하여 발달장애 학생을 대상으로 한 특수교육 수업평가 문항을 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 전국의 특수교육 현장에서 발달장애 학생을 가르치는 교사 1017명을 대상으로 수업평가 문항의 타당성을 묻는 설문을 실시하고, 탐색 요인분석, 확인 요인분석, 모형 적합성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 탐색 요인분석을 통하여 '수업계획', '학습평가와 수업반성', '교수-학습실행', '학생행동지원', '수업운영', '교수매체활용'의 여섯 개 요인이 도출되었다. 또한, 확인 요인분석을 통해 '수업계획과 성찰', '단위 수업 실행'이라는 구성개념 관련 측정 모형의 타당성, 문항의 집중타당성, 판별타당성이 확보되었다. 이 두 가지 측정모형을 바탕으로 마련된 구조모형의 적합성도 검증되었다. 최종 수업평가 문항은 2개 영역, 6개 수업요소, 35개 문항으로 구성되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 논의에서는 선행연구와 비교하여 내용을 정리하고, 후속연구에 대하여 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest instruction evaluation criteria to enhance expertise and quality of instruction by developing and validating instruction evaluation test questions for special education. For this purpose we implemented questionnaires on validation of instruction test questions to 1,017 teachers who work at special schools across the country and verified exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and model adequacy. As a result, 6 factors were drawn: class planning, learning evaluation and class reflection, teaching learning action, student behavior support, class operation, and utilization of teaching media. Also from confirmatory factor analysis, validity, question convergent validity and discriminant validity of concept formation model, 'class planning and reflection' and 'unit class implementation' were clarified. Adequacy of structural model was verified on the basis of these two measurement models. Final instruction test questions are composed of 35 questions from 6 factors and 2 categories. Through theses results, this study compared and arranged domestic and foreign researches, and included proposals for follow-up researches.
