상황화된 학습과 학습양식이 학습효과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 실생활에 적용할 수 있는 살아있는 지식을 학습할 수 있는 한 가지 방안으로서 상황화된 학습의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 그리고 상황화된 학습 과정에 능동적으로 참여하는 학습자의 개인차 변인이 교수ㆍ학습 과정과 그 결과에 많은 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 이들의 영향력을 점검해봄으로써 보다 효과적인 교육방안을 모색해볼 수 있다고 보았다. 따라서 상황화된 학습의 효과와 교수ㆍ학습과정에서 학습자의 학습유형이 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 상황화된 인지를 적용한 수업을 실시하였다. 연구결과 상황화된 학습의 효과는 전통적인 학습집단과 비교하여 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만, 전이효과는 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 상황화된 학습에 영향을 미치는 학습양식 변인으로는 의존형, 참여형, 독립형으로 나타났다. 따라서 상황화된 학습이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 학습자의 개인차 변인과 다양한 질적 평가방법의 개발과 적용에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The paradigm of situated learning proposes that learning is situated within the context in which it is constructed. That is, knowledge is not an objective entity distinct from the context in which it is learned but rather is an integral component of the context in which it is constructed and of the activity in which the learner is engaged during construction. The purposes of this study are to examine the effects of this situated learning and to investigate the influences of learning styles on the situated learning. The results of this study are as follows; First, there wasn't a significant difference in learning effects between situated learning and traditional learning group. Second, there was a significant difference in transfer effects between situated learning and traditional learning group. Third, learning styles variables which had influences on the learning effects of situated learning were independent, dependent, and participant. Finally, learning styles variables which had influences on the transfer effects of situated learning were independent and dependent.
