척수손상 장애인의 일과 고용 영향요인분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 ICF의 구성요인의 틀 안에서, 척수손상 장애인에게 해당되는 core sets 항목을 적용하여 일과 고용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전국에 거주하는 성인 척수손상장애인 175명이고, ICF 요인에 따른 주요변수의 특성 파악을 위하여 기술분석, 단순상관관계분석을 실시하였고, 일과 고용에 영향을 미치는 요인 검증을 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 신체기능과 구조는 일과 고용에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 활동과 참여 중에서는 이동과 공동체, 사회 및 시민생활이 일과 고용에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 환경요인에서는 태도가 척수손상 장애인의 일과 고용에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 결과가 나왔다. 또한 기술 분석의 결과에서는 척수손상 장애인이 제품과 기술에 대한 의존도가 높다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 가정생활에 많은 어려움을 겪는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The object of this study is to verify the factors which influence work and employment by applying a core set items pertaining to spinal cord injuries within the form of structural elements in ICF. The subjects of this study were 175 persons with spinal cord injury who live nationwide. Descriptive analysis and simple correlation analysis were practiced to understand characteristics of main variables by ICF factors. Also hierarchical regression analysis was practiced to verify affecting factors on work and employment. As a result of the research, it indicates that body function and structure don’t have statistically influence on work and employment, but movement, community, and social/ citizen life does have meaningful influence on work and employment statistically in activity and participation. In environmental factors, finding is that attitude has statistically influence on work and employment of the persons with spinal cord injury. Also, descriptive analysis shows that the persons with spinal cord injury highly depend on products and technology, and it appears that the persons with spinal cord injury have great difficulties in their family lives.
