영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to measure a proper Housing asset ratio of household. For this purpose, housing asset, banking asset, total debt, total annual income among Korea households were examined and financial ratio which consist of housing asset/banking asset, housing asset/total debt, housing asset/total annual income were analysed. Data for this study was drawn from the 1995 Korea Household Panel Study(KHPS). This is the national data collected by the Daewoo Economic Research Institute and the sample was selected by multistage sampling procedure. Among 3,108 households, the sample used for this study were 3.032 households. For analysis, Frequencies, univariate procedure were computed. The Results of this study were as follows: 1. According to the family life cycle stage. Ratio of Housing asset/banking asset, and Housingasset/total debt were different. But Ratio of Housing asset/total annual income was almost constant. 2. According to the duration of marrage. Ratio of Housing asset/banking asset, and Housing asset/total debt were different. But Ratio of Housing asset/total annual income was almost constant.
