영문 초록

The Buddhist metal works excavated at Beopchennsa temple site was an offering utensils for Amitabha service. The bronze gwangmyeongdae(candle stick) of Handokjeseok Foundation is to be the big one as the records on the surface. This one shows the first type gwangmyeongdae of Goryeo period in the shape, however, has the two elements of the second and third type in the form. The gwangmyeongdae with inscription with Muja of Dongguk University museum belongs the second type of Goryeo period in the shape, this one is similar to collections of Gyeongbuk university museum and relics founded at Bongupsa temple site. The hanging burner remaining body with inscription Muja, this one faithfully followed the typical features of Goryeo period. According to the record on the burner, this was made for Amitabha Triad at Beopcheonsa temple. The Hwangwan with inscription Muja had the vessel tendency of 12th century or early 13th century. Especially the incised line on body was the typical features at that time. The bronze beon(燔) was a kind of lantern in that the diameter was over 15㎝ and holder for candle. In addition three beons means offering vessels for Amitabha Triad of Beopcheonsa temple. A group of Buddhist metal works with inscrripon Muja excavated at Beopcheonsa temple site was the offering utensils for Amitabha Service. These things are supposed to be made at A.D. 1168 in consideration of Buddhist order of Beopcheonsa temple, Amitabha Service, and the sexagenary cycle Muja.
