지적확정측량의 비용체계 개선 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지적측량개방업무의 핵심적 업무인 지적확정측량 비용체계의 개선방안으로 현행수수료 적용체계에서 대가체계로의 전환여부를 검토하고 그에 따른 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 전체 5장으로 구성하여 연구를 진행하였다. 구체적으로 제2장 지적확정측량비용체계의 기초이론에서는 지적확정측량 업무의 계약, 지적확정측량의 대가체계, 지적측량 대가로서의 수수료를 논의하였고, 제3장 지적확정측량비용체계 전환의 가능성검토에서는 이론적 측면에서 경제학적차원과 실정법적차원에서 검토하여 그 가능성을 제시하였다. 다음으로 제4장 지적측량비용체계의 개선방안에서는 제한경쟁계약제도의 도입과 지적확정측량 유형별 측량대가의 차등적용을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to review the transition of the current fee system to price system, emerged as an alternative improvement plan for the improvement of the cost system for cadastral confirmation survey, the key business of open cadastral survey works, and propose improvement plans accordingly. To achieve the objectives of this study more effectively, this study has been configured in total 5 chapters for carrying studies. To put it concretely, in the basic theory of the cost system for cadastral confirmation survey in Chapter 2, the contract of cadastral confirmation survey, a price system of cadastral confirmation survey, fees as for the prices for cadastral survey were discussed, and in the review of the possibility of the transition of the cost system for cadastral confirmation survey, it was reviewed in the aspect of economics and positive laws to propose its possibility. And then, in the improvement plans for the cost system for cadastral survey in Chapter 4, the introduction of limited competitive contract system and the differentiated price application for survey by the type of cadastral survey were proposed.
